If you are apart of the Southern Baptist Convention, Oklahoma Baptist will pay for six free sessions for you, your spouse, and your staff to have counseling. With different contacts around the state, you can meet in person or online, you can get the help you need. 

The State of Oklahoma provides resources to all of Oklahomans by using the faith based community to those who are affected by substance abuse and mental health. They have a meeting every third Monday of the month to discuss with faith leaders way to help the community. 

Founder Nikki Graves is a good friend of mine whom I trust with the well being of other. Located in Cushing, OK, her and her crew offer couples and individual counseling. There is a wait list right now, but, if you can get into see them, you are in good hands. 

Located in Shawnee, OK, this Christian Counseling Center offers online and in person counseling. If you are a pastor, pastor's wife, or staff at a church, they off help through Oklahoma Baptist to give six free sessions. However, this doesn't mean they are only limited to baptist preachers or just pastors. Two of their counselors I have known for a long time and trust them with you

Located in Oklahoma City, Thrive Christian Counseling is a center that wants to not only put you in charge your sessions, but also, they want to see you get back to a place where you are not only thriving spiritually but mentally as well. 

Located in Tulsa, they come highly recommended from someone I trust. With several staff members that can see individuals, couples, teens, and have a clinical psychologist on staff that can see you in person or online, GPS wants to get you back on track and serving again.
